Booking Policy


Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. As a courtesy to other clients, please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Due to high demand, your advanced notice will allow other clients to access that appointment time.


How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us between the hours of 8am-8pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

1. Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a $50 missed appointment fee.

For new clients/first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new customer fee.


2. Cancellation Policy (Other Services)
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hrs will result in a cancellation fee. We may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.


3. Short Cancellation Policy 
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hour notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without notice, will incur a fee of $50.


4. Short Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file for all future missed appointments will incur a $25 fee.

5. Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes)
For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client. You may call us at us between the hours of 8am-8pm to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least a 3 day notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another service. However, if you do not cancel with the 3 day notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.


6. Short Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the  Cancellations made within 2 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
